You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Faulty or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Change of mind: Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds: Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
